Without missing a beat, the three time Grammy Award winners are back after a four-year hiatus with their new album Tin Can Trust. Representing their journey with slow, blues-rock, upbeat cumbia and norteño numbers, the 11-track set still incorporates their distinct sound of fusing Mexican folks songs with rock. The band reaches new heights on their rendition of the Grateful Dead’s "West L.A. Fadeaway," as a nod to their legendary counterparts. Although, the self-produced album adds a new dimension to their repertoire, the music is still classic Los Lobos. -
